- How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10-15 business days to complete. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
- How do I apply my allowance credit - Simply click the button marked Apply Store Credit below your subtotal. This located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

- I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online.
- Is Rush service available? - There is no standard rush service available on uniform/spirit wear orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.
- Where is the pickup location? - Your order can be picked up at : Directsave. 6792 Wellington Road 34. Puslinch, Ontario. Pickup is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm
- I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? -Please send us an email to email@example.com with your contact information and specify the problem with your order.
